Complete Streets: A better approach to street design

Old Pimlico is overbuilt (wider than it needs to be for the amount of traffic it gets).  Wider streets encourage higher vehicle speeds due to the large margin of error available to drivers. A protected multi-use path would connect Lake Roland with Quarry Lake with a beautiful new place for walking, biking and more.  Watch the presentation below for more details about the concept, as well as info on "Complete Streets" design principles.
